Welcome to southern New Hampshire. Whether you’re looking for a quick walk on your lunch break or an all-day mountain hike, it’s all here. State parks? Try Monadnock, Miller (Pack Monadnock), Pawtuckaway, or Winslow – and those are just the ones with serious hills.  City parks? You can’t beat Nashua’s Mine Falls. Rail trails? For an urban one, try Manchester’s trail along the Piscataquog River, with a distinctive pedestrian bridge over the Merrimack River. Farther away from cities, you’ll find trails in Windham and New Boston and Auburn and too many other towns to list. Get out there and enjoy.
